Lawfare In America
My father was the victim of lawfare by a weaponized government from 2005 to present. This is about the Fort Worth Office of The Securities Exchange Commission and Dallas Receiver Michael Quilling, a Court appointed attorney. I am the son of James A. Rumpf who is deceased and want to tell his story about how the SEC failed to disclose evidence and intimidated investors (Raided Homes). My father was a victim in a ponzi scheme. The court case related to this ponzi scheme is Megafund Corporation, Stanley A. Leitner, Sardaukar Holdings,IBC, Bradley C. Stark, CIG Ltd., and James A. Rumpf, individually and d/b/a/ Cilak International, defendants, Pamela C. Stark, relief defendant court case.
The SEC reported that CILAK intentionally went out to defraud people and solicit church‘s with the intent of defrauding investors and this was not true. CILAK (James A. Rumpf Founder) gave money to Feed The Children in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This evidence was never posted in the case. Here is the list of that evidence.
The Securities Exchange Commission and the Dallas SEC Receiver Michael Quilling, SEC Fort Worth, Texas did not disclose this evidence on their website. This has been on the internet for the last 20 years. I would like to sue the SEC and Receiver Michael Quilling for not disclosing this information in the case. This discredited my father and ruined his life. I’m looking for an attorney in north Texas (America) to take legal action. Please specialize in malicious prosecution and public corruption. This should have never happened in The United States Of America.
The 3 things that should happen are :A public apology from the Securities Exchange Commission.Information removed from all SEC websites.A monetary settlement that is appropriate.
